IMAT is required for English-taught Medicine (and selected Dentistry) programmes at public universities including: University of Milan, University of Pavia, University of Bologna, University of Padua, University of Turin, Sapienza University of Rome, University of Naples (Federico II / Vanvitelli), and several others such as Bari, Messina and Catania. Non-EU seats remain limited and highly competitive (a few hundred seats in total across all public universities).
