The NEET UG 2025 examination is a crucial day for all candidates. Adhering to the examination day instructions is essential to ensure that you are allowed to sit for the exam and complete it without any issues. This blog outlines all the necessary steps and precautions you should take.

Arrival at the Examination Centre

Candidates must arrive at the examination center well before the reporting time of 01:30 PM on May 5, 2025. It is advisable to visit the center a day before to familiarize yourself with the location and the best route to avoid any delays on the examination day.

Documents to Bring

Ensure that you bring the following documents on the day of the examination. Without these, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall:

  • A printed copy of the Admit Card downloaded from the NTA website with a passport-sized photograph pasted on it.
  • One passport-sized photograph for pasting on the Attendance Sheet.
  • One Post Card Size (4”X6”) color photograph to be pasted on the Proforma and handed over to the Invigilator.
  • A valid photo ID (original) such as a PAN card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card, or Class 12 Admit Card with Photograph.
  • PwBD certificate if claiming relaxation under the PwBD category.

Inside the Examination Hall

The examination center will open two hours before the commencement of the test. Candidates must take their seats immediately after the examination hall opens. The exam will start at 02:00 PM and conclude at 05:20 PM.

Behavior and Conduct During the Exam

Candidates must maintain decorum inside the examination hall. Any attempt to use unfair means will result in immediate disqualification and further action as per NTA guidelines. Ensure that you follow all instructions given by the invigilators.

Post-Examination Instructions

After the exam concludes, candidates must remain seated until all answer sheets are collected. Do not leave the examination hall without handing over your OMR sheet to the invigilator. Any attempt to take the answer sheet out of the examination hall will be considered malpractice.
