2. Exam Pattern (120 Minutes)
The ICAR PG exam is a subject-specific Computer Based Test (CBT). You must choose 1 out of 20 Major Subject Groups during registration.
3. Eligibility for 2026 Session
- Age: Minimum 19 years as of August 31, 2026.
- UG Degree: Must have a 4 or 5-year Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. 3-year degrees are only accepted at specific ICAR Deemed Universities.
- Minimum Marks: 60% (6.60/10 OGPA) for Gen/OBC/EWS; 50% (5.60/10 OGPA) for SC/ST/PwD.
- Internship: Final year students appearing for their degree in 2026 are also eligible.
